Terms of Use
1. Purpose
AURORA provides tools for organising UAS flight preparation. It does not provide flight clearance, legal advice, official aviation information or a guarantee that a flight is lawful or safe.
2. Accounts
Users must provide a valid email address, protect their credentials and keep account information accurate. Accounts may not be shared, automated without permission or used to interfere with the service. Email verification is required before protected functions can be used.
3. Operational responsibility
The remote pilot and, where applicable, the UAS operator remain solely responsible for legality, permissions, airspace, weather, aircraft condition, privacy, insurance, safety distances and the decision to fly. READY is only an application status.
4. Availability and external data
The service and third-party data may be unavailable, delayed, changed or incorrect. Features can be modified or discontinued for security, legal, technical or economic reasons. Important information must be checked against current official sources.
5. User content and acceptable use
Users retain responsibility for uploaded images, notes and flight records and must have the necessary rights. Illegal, harmful, deceptive or security-compromising content and attempts to access other users’ data are prohibited.
6. Liability and account measures
Liability is governed by mandatory law. Accounts may be restricted or removed where required to protect users, infrastructure or legal compliance. Users should export or otherwise preserve records they must retain independently.
